Fifgroup is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Collection Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in managing the financial recovery process by overseeing the LKP system assignments for Junior and Collection Field Cycle 0-1 staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that collection targets are met while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
As a Collection Coordinator, you will act as a bridge between management and field staff, providing guidance and control over daily operations. We are looking for a proactive professional who can identify performance gaps and implement effective strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and distribute assignments within the LKP system for the Junior and Collection Field Cycle 0-1 teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the daily performance and output of collection staff to ensure KPI adherence.
- Control and track the progress of collection cycles to identify bottlenecks early.
- Generate and analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate closely with field staff to resolve issues and improve collection strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of assigned accounts and recovery statuses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations during the collection process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related field (Preferred).
- Proven experience in a collection or credit control role, preferably within the banking sector.
- Strong working knowledge of the LKP system or similar collection management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
