Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of delinquent accounts to ensure timely collection of dues.
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account issues.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate payment settlements and process loan extensions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Identify and report potential risks or irregularities in account behavior.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or credit analysis.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet monthly collection targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
