Orico Balimor Finance is looking for a dynamic Collection Data Analyst & Reporting to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our collection strategies, providing critical reporting and analytical support to optimize our financial performance and recovery processes.
As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the collection department to monitor KPIs, identify emerging trends in credit behavior, and develop dashboards that drive operational efficiency. We are seeking a candidate who excels in data visualization, possesses strong logical reasoning, and is comfortable navigating large datasets to solve complex business challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and automate collection performance dashboards and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Analyze collection trends, delinquency rates, and recovery effectiveness to provide management with actionable insights.
- Monitor the performance of collection agencies and internal teams against established targets.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify bottlenecks in the collection process and propose strategic improvements.
- Ensure data integrity across all reporting systems and collection databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement KPIs for new collection initiatives.
- Prepare regular presentations and performance review documents for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the banking or consumer finance collection sector.
- Proficiency in SQL is mandatory; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio) is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical findings into business solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
