- Distribute and manage accounts receivable according to designated territories in Bengkulu
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt
- Lead and supervise a team of collection officers
- Monitor collection performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor collection staff on best practices

Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit and collection management
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in collection software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry preferred
