Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of collection agents to achieve recovery targets
- Develop and execute collection strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs including delinquency rates and recovery percentages
- Coordinate with legal department for complex account resolution
- Implement process improvements to enhance collection efficiency
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Maximum 38 years of age
- 1-2 years experience as Collection Head or equivalent leadership role
- Proven track record in banking/finance collections
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and collection software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
