- Manage end-to-end inventory tracking for repossessed assets
- Coordinate with auction houses to facilitate asset liquidation
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory status and valuations
- Conduct regular physical audits to verify asset conditions
- Negotiate with auctioneers to achieve optimal recovery prices
- Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory performance
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with auction networks
- Ensure compliance with asset disposal regulations
Kualifikasi
- Age between 22-35 years
- Diploma (D3) or equivalent education
- Minimum 1 year inventory management experience
- Existing relationships with auctioneers/auction houses
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Attention to detail with documentation accuracy
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
