Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize Bad Debt.
- Manage, coach, and mentor the collections team to ensure performance targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify trends and address potential risks early.
- Develop and refine SOPs for internal and external collection processes, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations.
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales departments to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate smooth payment transitions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasting for executive management regarding collection progress.
- Handle complex, high-value escalated collection cases with a focus on problem-solving and relationship preservation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Collections or Credit Control, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of debt recovery laws, collection regulations, and credit management software in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and drive performance improvements.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive collection targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
