Asuransi Raksa Pratikara is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Collection Officer to join our dynamic Finance Division in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring the efficient management of premium collections and premium refunds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end collection lifecycle, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed in strict accordance with company procedures and regulatory standards. You will be the point of contact for financial reconciliation, working closely with various departments to ensure transparency and accuracy in our ledger.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily collection activities to ensure premiums are received in accordance with established company policies.
- Execute premium refund processes accurately and in a timely manner, following all internal compliance procedures.
- Monitor and manage outstanding receivables, ensuring proactive follow-up with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of collection activities and provide regular status reports to the Finance Manager.
- Coordinate with the finance and underwriting teams to resolve discrepancies in premium payments.
- Ensure all financial operations adhere to strict data privacy and regulatory compliance standards.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements against collection records to ensure financial accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in collections, credit control, or general finance administration, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reconciliation techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with financial management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet departmental targets.
