Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound communication via phone and email to follow up on overdue accounts and arrange payment settlements.
- Analyze customer payment history to develop tailored repayment plans and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
- Update customer accounts and payment records accurately and efficiently in the internal CRM system.
- Document all interactions, including actions taken and outcomes, for case management purposes.
- Escalate complex or high-risk accounts to the team lead or management team for resolution.
- Meet and exceed monthly collection targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.
- Identify potential risks to revenue and propose proactive strategies to minimize bad debt exposure.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in debt collection, customer service, or the banking sector is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a focus on maintaining customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Indonesian and English.
- Self-disciplined, organized, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is an asset.
