- Develop and implement comprehensive collection training programs aligned with risk management objectives
- Train collection agents on negotiation techniques, regulatory compliance, and customer communication strategies
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance using KPIs and provide constructive feedback
- Create engaging training materials including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and address training needs
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in debt collection and risk management
- Conduct training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings for diverse learning styles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, credit risk, or financial training
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Experience developing training materials and curriculum design
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics
