Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a portfolio of international accounts to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Conduct professional outbound calls and emails to resolve overdue account balances.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in the CRM.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies.
  • Identify and escalate potential disputes or complex collection issues to management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing inquiries and reconcile account discrepancies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly performance KPIs and collection targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company brand professionally.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related customer service role.
  • Previous experience supporting international accounts (US/UK/AU) is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bonifacio Global City on a permanent day shift schedule.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations.
