Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients regarding account status and payment inquiries.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to ensure a positive customer support experience.
  • Maintain clear and concise records of all customer interactions and collection activities.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements effectively while maintaining professionalism and company standards.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality and resolution rates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated account issues promptly.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of company products, services, and compliance policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational attainment of at least Senior High School or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and patience.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or debt recovery role is an advantage but not required.
