Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct face-to-face visits with debtors at their residences or workplaces to discuss outstanding payment arrangements.
- Negotiate and structure feasible payment plans tailored to the debtor's financial situation while ensuring company recovery targets are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, negotiations, and payment schedules in the CRM system.
- Investigate and verify the financial status and contact information of assigned accounts to ensure effective recovery strategies.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, debt collection laws, and regulations to ensure ethical compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain the consequences of non-payment and encourage immediate action.
- Report daily activities and weekly progress to the Team Leader or Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a similar field recovery role is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is essential as field visits are a key part of the role.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
