Peoples Credit Network Finance is seeking a results-driven Collections Manager to join our expanding team in Cubao, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end collections lifecycle, optimizing recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies to minimize delinquency rates.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the daily performance of the collections team to ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- Analyze portfolio trends and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure all collection activities strictly adhere to local laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Manage escalated delinquent accounts and negotiate complex payment plans.
- Collaborate with the credit and risk departments to refine onboarding and recovery procedures.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the negotiation and communication skills of staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in collections, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a financing or lending company.
- In-depth knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations in the Philippines.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and collection management software.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication proficiency in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
