Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end production of regular and ad-hoc MI reports for Collections department
- Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all reports
- Analyze collection trends, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Collections, Finance, and IT teams to define reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems for enhanced efficiency
- Present complex data insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Implement process improvements for report generation and distribution
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of banking collections processes and metrics
- Exceptional attention to detail with data accuracy focus
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
