Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage accounts to identify overdue payments and delinquent accounts.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and mail to negotiate payment settlements.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to recover outstanding debts while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment histories in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, performance metrics, and financial results.
- Collaborate with the credit risk and legal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure full compliance with local debt collection laws and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collections, credit control, or debt recovery is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and a strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations and debt collection practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
