- Manage a dedicated portfolio of delinquent accounts to ensure timely debt recovery and minimize financial risk.
- Contact customers via phone, email, and SMS to negotiate suitable payment arrangements and settlements.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and resolving billing disputes amicably.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of all collection activities and communications in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, promise-to-pay rates, and overall recovery.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex cases and ensure seamless resolution.
- Educate customers on their account status, financial management options, and the importance of maintaining good credit.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in collections, customer service, or call centre operations within the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a resilient, customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with Singapore's consumer credit laws and regulations is highly advantageous.
