Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage overdue accounts to ensure timely debt recovery
- Initiate contact with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with delinquent accounts
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Analyze customer financial data to assess payment capabilities
- Adhere to regulatory compliance standards in debt collection practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in finance/business
- 1-3 years of experience in collections, credit control, or customer service
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal/written communication in English
- Knowledge of Singapore debt collection regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
