Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve self-pay patient billing inquiries and outstanding balances.
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to secure payment plans and settlements.
- Communicate empathetically with patients to explain billing terms and resolve disputes.
- Update customer records and account status in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify trends in non-payment and escalate complex cases appropriately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in collections, account receivables, or customer service (1-3 years).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven BPO environment.
- Fluency in English and Filipino is highly advantageous.
