- Analyze account details and payment history to identify collection opportunities
- Utilize Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables for data analysis and reporting
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management
- Meet monthly collection targets while maintaining positive customer relationships
Kualifikasi
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills for customer interactions
