- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the collections team to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for recovering unpaid insurance premiums and mortgage delinquencies.
- Analyze portfolio performance and provide actionable insights to improve recovery rates.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills in negotiation and compliance.
- Monitor team KPIs and provide performance feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated complex accounts and high-value mortgage remedial cases.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with regulatory standards and bank policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, credit management, or a related financial role.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory position within a call center or banking environment.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and insurance premium collection processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
