Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships to ensure timely debt repayments
- Conduct detailed risk assessments on collateralized vehicles to prevent fraud
- Develop and execute personalized collection strategies based on client profiles
- Document all collection activities accurately in company systems
- Collaborate with legal and operational teams for complex recovery cases
- Monitor payment trends and identify early warning signs of default
- Meet monthly collection targets while adhering to regulatory guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred) in finance/business
- 1+ years of collection or credit recovery experience
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and fraud detection
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Indonesian financial regulations
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic knowledge of vehicle collateral evaluation
- Computer literacy with CRM/financial software experience
