Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is looking for a dedicated and professional Collector to join our growing finance team. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding outstanding balances, negotiating payment terms effectively while delivering top-tier customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients via phone and email to collect outstanding payments.
- Visit clients at their locations to discuss payment status and resolve billing inquiries face-to-face.
- Negotiate feasible payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the internal database.
- Prepare and submit daily collection reports to the Finance Department for review.
- Identify potential credit risks and escalate complex accounts to the management team.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of High School (SMU) or equivalent (D3/S1 is a plus).
- Previous experience in collections, banking, or customer service is preferred; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be comfortable and willing to work in the field (visiting clients).
- Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
