In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recovery of outstanding accounts and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. As a Collector, you will represent the company with professionalism, handling financial discussions while ensuring compliance with company policies. You will play a vital role in ensuring the company's cash flow and maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular field visits to meet customers and collect outstanding payments on time.
- Negotiating payment schedules and terms effectively to ensure account recovery.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Providing exceptional customer service to resolve account issues and maintain client relationships.
- Reporting daily collection progress and outstanding debts to the management team.
- Identifying and escalating complex collection cases to senior management.
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of High School Diploma (SMU/Sederajat) or equivalent.
- Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in collections or customer service.
- Comfortable and physically able to work in outdoor field environments.
- Strong target orientation with a proven ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
