PT ABADI SEJAHTERA MANDIRI BERSAMA is seeking a dedicated and professional Collector Retail to join our expanding team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our company, responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections for our retail operations, specifically focused on building materials stores.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular visits to building materials retail stores for invoice collection and payment processing.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily collections and ensuring timely submission of payments to the finance department.
- Monitoring the aging of receivables and coordinating with clients to resolve overdue payment issues.
- Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with retail store owners and procurement personnel.
- Reporting daily activities, outstanding payment status, and potential collection risks to the management team.
- Ensuring all documentation, including receipts and invoices, is organized and compliant with company policy.
- Providing feedback regarding market conditions and store-specific payment trends to support sales strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in collection, field sales, or general administrative roles in the retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle various customer personalities.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle for field mobility.
- Proficient in using basic office tools and mobile communication devices.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to achieving daily collection targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the Jakarta Raya area and its retail landscape.
