- Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for BSTM, BSIT, and BSBA programs
- Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation systems
- Design and implement innovative curriculum aligned with industry demands
- Manage college operations including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities
- Foster industry partnerships for internships, research, and employment opportunities
- Monitor student outcomes and implement data-driven improvement strategies
- Represent the college in academic councils, accreditation bodies, and community engagements
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Education, or related field; Doctorate preferred
- Minimum 5 years academic leadership experience with 3+ years in dean-level roles
- Strong background in faculty development and curriculum design for tertiary education
- Proven expertise in CHED compliance and accreditation processes
- Exceptional strategic planning, budget management, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with industry-academe collaboration and student-centered learning models
- Knowledge of digital transformation in higher education and pedagogical innovation
