- Develop and deliver comprehensive course content in Hospitality and Tourism Management, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

- Conduct research or contribute to academic projects that enhance the college's curriculum and reputation.

- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure the program remains relevant to current market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is required.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant industry experience or teaching experience in higher education.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and academic integrity.
- Certification in hospitality or tourism management is an advantage.
