Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, laboratory sessions, and practical exercises in Computer Science and Information Technology
- Create and update course syllabi, teaching materials, and assessment methodologies aligned with industry standards
- Mentor students through academic advising, career guidance, and project supervision
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and departmental initiatives
- Conduct applied research and contribute to the advancement of IT education
- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance program relevance and student employability
- Maintain academic records and participate in faculty committees
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field (Bachelor's degree with exceptional industry experience may be considered)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education or corporate IT training
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, database systems, and network technologies
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) or relevant professional development credentials
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
- Demonstrated commitment to student success and innovative teaching methodologies
- Experience with learning management systems and educational technology tools
