Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures on core Computer Science subjects, including Programming, Data Structures, and Software Engineering principles.
- Develop and update course syllabi, lesson plans, and teaching materials to align with industry standards and curriculum requirements.
- Mentor and guide students through their academic journey, providing constructive feedback on assignments and projects.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, and practical assessments to ensure learning outcomes are met.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance the overall quality of the Computer Science program.
- Support academic operations by participating in faculty meetings, curriculum reviews, and student recruitment activities.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline is required.
- Teaching Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant teaching experience is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or C#.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in teaching, student development, and academic excellence.
