Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical instruction in nursing subjects to undergraduate students
- Develop and update curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools
- Mentor students in clinical settings and laboratory environments
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and clinical evaluations
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum reviews, and academic committees
- Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and educational methodologies
- Collaborate with healthcare institutions for clinical partnerships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Valid PRC license as a Registered Nurse with active registration
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in nursing education or relevant clinical practice
- Certification in teaching methodologies or education an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
- Commitment to student-centered learning and professional ethics
