- Develop and implement strategic IT curriculum aligned with industry standards and labor market demands
- Lead faculty recruitment, training, and professional development in emerging technologies
- Oversee IT infrastructure, lab resources, and digital learning platforms
- Ensure academic quality through program assessment, accreditation compliance, and student success initiatives
- Forge industry partnerships for internships, research collaborations, and guest lectures
- Manage departmental budget, resource allocation, and procurement planning
- Champion student-centered learning through technology-enhanced pedagogy
- Represent the college in academic councils and technology forums
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 5 years academic leadership experience in higher education
- Strong background in IT program development and accreditation processes
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design for IT disciplines
- Experience with CHED compliance and quality assurance frameworks
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity)
- Proven track record in faculty mentoring and student engagement initiatives
