In this pivotal leadership role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all college activities align with student satisfaction and academic excellence.
You will oversee the strategic direction of the IT department, ensuring that our curriculum remains relevant to the rapidly evolving tech landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the academic and administrative operations of the IT department.
- Develop and implement a strategic curriculum that meets industry standards and student needs.
- Mentor and evaluate faculty members to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Manage the departmental budget, resources, and facilities effectively.
- Enhance student satisfaction by improving learning experiences and support systems.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders for program development.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and educational regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 to 7 years of teaching experience in higher education.
- Previous administrative or leadership experience in a college setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Certification in IT management or leadership (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
