Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive instruction in undergraduate and graduate nursing courses
- Develop and update curriculum aligned with industry standards and accreditation requirements
- Mentor students in clinical rotations and provide academic advising
- Conduct scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed nursing journals
- Participate in faculty committees and university-wide initiatives
- Supervise student projects and ensure adherence to ethical nursing practices
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote health education
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Nursing (PhD/EdD preferred)
- Current and valid Philippine nursing license
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in higher education
- Clinical expertise in at least one nursing specialty area
- Strong research background with publication record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in nursing education (e.g., CNE) preferred
- Experience with simulation-based teaching methodologies
