Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive lectures, laboratory demonstrations, and practical sessions in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Design, develop, and update course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials aligned with industry standards and university curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, practical exams, and regular feedback.
- Mentor and advise students regarding academic progress, career paths, and professional development.
- Conduct relevant engineering research and publish scholarly work to contribute to the body of knowledge in the discipline.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and university extension programs.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters critical thinking and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (PhD is an advantage).
- At least 2-5 years of relevant teaching experience in higher education institutions.
- Strong command of the English language and excellent public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle.
- Professional licensure (e.g., Professional Engineer) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use instructional technology effectively in the classroom.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
