Agung Sejahtera Sidoraharjatex is looking for a skilled Colour Matching Specialist to join our digital textile printing division in Karanganyar. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest quality standards for our fabric prints, bridging the gap between digital design and physical output.
As our Colour Matching Specialist, you will manage complex color profiles, calibrate printing equipment, and ensure brand consistency across various textile substrates. You will work closely with our production team to minimize waste, optimize ink usage, and deliver vibrant, high-quality results for our diverse client base. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure precise color matching between digital designs and final textile prints.
- Calibrate and maintain digital textile printing machines to ensure color consistency and output quality.
- Develop and manage ICC color profiles for various fabric types and ink sets.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections on finished prints to meet internal and client standards.
- Troubleshoot technical color issues or printing errors during the production process.
- Maintain detailed records of color formulas, print logs, and material performance.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure artwork files are optimized for digital textile production.
- Continuously stay updated on new printing technologies, software, and industry color trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital textile printing or a related industry.
- Deep understanding of color theory, ICC profiling, and digital color management systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and RIP software (e.g., Caldera, Ergosoft, or NeoStampa).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish color nuances accurately.
- Familiarity with various textile substrates (polyester, cotton, etc.) and dye-sublimation or direct-to-fabric processes.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight production deadlines.
- Educational background in Textile Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Willingness to be based in Kabupaten Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah.
