- Develop and maintain comprehensive compensation policies and salary structures for all employee levels.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking studies to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Design and implement innovative allowance schemes and non-monetary benefits.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support the annual salary review process and promotion cycles.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies regarding compensation.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to advise on salary offers for new hires and promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, specifically in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Deep understanding of local labor regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar).
- Experience in talent pool management or strategic workforce planning is a plus.
