Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operations of the command center, including the monitoring of CCTV feeds, alarm systems, and access control logs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of security operators, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate the rapid dispatch of security personnel to incidents, emergencies, and VIP movements.
  • Manage incoming communication channels, including phone calls and radio communications, to ensure accurate information relay.
  • Maintain accurate logs and incident reports, documenting all activities and resolutions for audit and review.
  • Liaise with local law enforcement, building management, and clients to provide real-time updates and security briefings.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the command center team to improve response times and customer service skills.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a command center, security operations, or call center supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using monitoring software, computer systems, and radio communication equipment.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights and holidays, as required.
  • Valid Security Professional License (SPL) or relevant certifications are a plus.
