Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Commerce and Business Studies lessons to secondary school students in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Develop engaging instructional materials, lesson plans, and classroom activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive and timely feedback.
- Maintain an organized, positive, and discipline-oriented classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Integrate modern educational technologies and interactive tools to enhance the teaching of commercial concepts.
- Collaborate with department colleagues to review, refine, and update the commerce syllabus and teaching resources.
- Participate in school-wide activities, co-curricular events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (with a major in Business/Commerce), Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Prior experience teaching Commerce, Business Studies, or Accounting at the secondary school level is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu is an added advantage in our school environment.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teenagers.
- Familiarity with local or international secondary school commerce curricula (such as SPM, IGCSE, or UEC).
- Proficiency in using digital education tools, presentation software, and virtual learning environments.
- A strong sense of responsibility, patience, and a genuine passion for holistic student development.
