In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that our internal systems, including Sales Force Automation (SFA) and other proprietary company applications, function seamlessly to drive productivity.
As our Commercial Assistant, you will bridge the gap between technical application performance and commercial efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality data integrity, providing essential user training, and acting as the first point of contact for troubleshooting application issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within Sales Force Automation (SFA) and company-wide applications.
- Provide comprehensive onboarding and continuous training for team members on new system features and workflows.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues reported by Sales and PM departments.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify bugs, system limitations, or opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards for the sales management team.
- Support the daily administrative needs of the commercial team to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Maintain user documentation, including manuals and FAQs, to promote self-service and system adoption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, operations, or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, SFA tools, or similar business management applications.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional attention to detail regarding data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical processes to non-technical users.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English, both written and verbal.
