Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and target potential clients within the aviation and engineering sectors to expand market share.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts to ensure retention and drive upselling opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, commercial contracts, and technical solutions to prospective clients.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate high-quality leads.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering and support, to ensure seamless client delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (minimum 2 years of experience in sales).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the aviation, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of the commercial sales cycle, negotiation tactics, and contract management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events (approx. 20-30% travel).
