- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.

- Provide detailed product information and service updates to clients.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure comprehensive client solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly customer satisfaction targets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote setting.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
