Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage detailed deployment timelines and project plans for new product launches and commercial initiatives across Asian GTR markets.
- Act as the primary liaison for Korean-speaking stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, and Finance to ensure flawless execution of in-store activations, visibility, and pricing strategies.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth, volume optimization, and portfolio enhancement.
- Oversee the operational management of commercial materials, from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on deployment progress, market performance, and competitive intelligence to senior leadership.
- Conduct regular market visits across Asia to monitor execution quality, build strong relationships with distributors, and gather actionable field intelligence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Native or business-proficient fluency in Korean (written and spoken) is mandatory. Excellent command of English.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Deployment, or Project Management within FMCG, Luxury Goods, or the Travel Retail industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate across different cultures and functions.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 30% of the time) for market visits and stakeholder meetings.
- Knowledge of the Asian Travel Retail landscape and specific experience with Korean travel retail channels is a significant advantage.
