Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales or business development (1-3 years of experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented and competitive mindset.
- Valid driver's license is required for travel within Sabah.
