Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect new retail outlets to expand the company's distribution network in the Sandakan and Tawau territories.
  • Maintain and nurture strong, professional relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and product availability.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock replenishment.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to uphold company standards and service excellence.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Possess a valid driving license (D) and own transport to facilitate regular travel within the region.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in local languages (Bahasa Malaysia and English) is essential.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Sandakan and Tawau districts.
