Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to accelerate revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Lead and mentor the sales department, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the end-to-end franchise development process, including lead generation, vetting, and partnership onboarding.
- Identify and negotiate high-value strategic partnerships to enhance our service delivery and brand reach.
- Drive innovative advertising sales initiatives to maximize revenue from existing and new platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to pivot strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the commercial P&L, ensuring budget optimization and achieving aggressive top-line growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery across all franchise locations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership, commercial management, or business development, preferably in franchise or retail sectors.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses, exceeding revenue targets, and building robust sales pipelines.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market landscape with a strong professional network in Bali and beyond.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Experience in digital advertising or B2B sales is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software, sales forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment while maintaining professional corporate standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus).
