- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies for electrification products across industrial verticals
- Lead, mentor, and optimize performance of sales teams to achieve quarterly/yearly revenue targets
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including government bodies, EPC contractors, and industrial clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and regulatory impacts to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product engineering to tailor solutions addressing complex industrial electrification challenges
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in sales processes and customer engagement
- Represent the company at industry forums and technical symposiums
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial sales/commercial leadership
- Proven track record in electrification, energy transition, or industrial automation sectors
- Expertise in B2B sales cycles with contract values exceeding $1M
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to build high-performing commercial teams
