Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the contract logistics sector.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including pricing structures and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through proactive prospecting and market analysis.
- Coordinate with internal operations and warehouse teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand logistical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial or sales roles within the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of contract logistics, freight forwarding, and warehousing operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
