Superb Impression Creationz is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Executive / Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Puchong. In this role, you will be the backbone of our commercial operations, ensuring that every project is delivered within budget while maintaining the high-quality standards our clients expect.
As our Commercial Executive, you will manage the full lifecycle of project costs, from initial tendering and Bill of Quantities (BQ) preparation to final account settlement. You will work closely with our design and production teams to optimize resource allocation, manage sub-contractor agreements, and drive financial performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates for interior fit-out and carpentry projects.
- Manage and monitor project budget vs. actual costs to ensure financial viability.
- Handle contract administration, including sub-contractor progress claims and payments.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve commercial and contractual queries.
- Conduct site valuations and prepare monthly progress reports for management.
- Oversee procurement processes and negotiate competitive rates with material suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and company financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out or carpentry industries.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for cost tracking and BQ management.
- Strong understanding of contract law and construction tendering processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
