Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to exceed revenue targets for established wellness brands.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the hospitality and wellness sectors.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and providing mentorship to drive individual and team performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract closure and account management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities and campaigns with sales goals for maximum impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or business development, preferably within the wellness or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving quotas.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (and Bahasa Indonesia preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic business decisions.
