- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including marketing, supply chain, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer solutions.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and key accounts within the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships with major clients.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of 10+ years in sales management, preferably within the chemicals, industrial, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the South Asian market dynamics and commercial landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in a local regional language is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
